Note:
- After performing any work related to the repair of the clutch, or if air enters the hydraulic lines, it is necessary to bleed the clutch hydraulic.
- Avoid spilling brake fluid on painted surfaces. If liquid comes into contact with these surfaces, wash it off immediately with water
- Regularly check the brake fluid level in the hydraulic drive reservoir. Add fluid to reservoir if necessary.
1. Fill the reservoir with brake fluid.
2. Connect a vinyl tube to the slave cylinder bleed valve. Lower the other end of the tube into a container half filled with brake fluid.
3. Bleed the clutch hydraulics.
A) Press the clutch pedal several times and, without releasing the pedal, loosen the bleed nipple so that the brake fluid begins to flow out of the system. Then tighten the bleeder nipple again.
V) Repeat this procedure until there are no air bubbles in the liquid flowing from the system.
