(Way "A")
Secure the generator shaft against rotation with a wrench, unscrew the pulley nut with an impact pneumatic wrench.
(Way "IN")
A) Holding a special tool "A" torque wrench, tighten the special tool "IN" (clockwise).
- Tightening torque - 39 Nm
b) Make sure the special tool "A" securely fixed together with the rotor.
V) Clamp special tool "WITH", as shown in the figure and install the generator on it.
G) To unscrew the pulley mounting nut, turn the special tool "A" in the direction shown in the figure.
Warning: To avoid damaging the rotor shaft, do not loosen the pulley mounting nut more than half a turn.
d) Remove generator from tool "WITH".
e) Unscrew the special tool "IN" and remove special equipment "A" And "IN".
and) Loosen the pulley nut.
2. Remove the alternator pulley and spacer.
3. Remove the generator cover from the rectifier side.
A) Loosen the nut and remove the terminal insulator.
b) Remove the rectifier plate.
1 - nut,
2 - output insulator,
3 - back cover.
V) Unscrew the three cover fastening nuts and remove the generator cover from the side of the rectifier unit.
2. Remove the brush holder and electronic voltage regulator.
A) Loosen the two screws and remove the brush holder.
b) Loosen the three screws and remove the electronic voltage regulator.
3. Remove the rectifier unit by removing four screws and one bolt.
4. Remove the rectifier housing by removing the four nuts.
5. Remove washer from rotor.
6. Remove the rotor from the generator cover on the drive side.
