(Method "A")
Secure the generator shaft from turning with a wrench, and loosen the pulley nut with an impact wrench.

(Method "B")
a) Hold special tool "A" with a torque wrench and tighten special tool "B" (clockwise).
- Tightening torque - 39 Nm
b) Make sure that special tool "A" is securely fixed together with the rotor.

c) Clamp the special tool "C" as shown in the figure and install the generator on it.
d) To loosen the pulley mounting nut, turn special tool "A" in the direction shown in the figure.

Warning: To avoid damaging the rotor shaft, do not loosen the pulley mounting nut more than half a turn.
e) Remove the generator from special device "C".
e) Unscrew special tool "B" and remove special tools "A" and "B".

g) Unscrew the pulley mounting nut.
2. Remove the generator pulley and spacer.
3. Remove the generator cover from the rectifier block side.
a) Unscrew the nut and remove the terminal insulator.
b) Remove the rectifier plate.

2 - output isolator,
3 - back cover.
c) Unscrew the three cover fastening nuts and remove the generator cover from the rectifier block side.
2. Remove the brush holder and electronic voltage regulator.
a) Unscrew the two screws and remove the brush holder.

b) Unscrew the three screws and remove the electronic voltage regulator.
3. Remove the rectifier unit by unscrewing four screws and one bolt.
4. Remove the rectifier housing by unscrewing the four nuts.

5. Remove the washer from the rotor.
6. Remove the rotor from the generator cover on the drive side.
