Replacing the working fluid filter [Toyota Duet M100]

1. Hang the engine on the hoist.



2. Loosen the engine support bolt.

• Tightening torque - 29-44 Nm

3. Remove the tray.

Note: A small amount of working fluid may remain in the pan.

4. Using a special tool, remove the pin from the pan.



5. Turn the magnet to the right and press it, then remove it.



6. Apply Vaseline grease to the pin and install it on the pan.

Note: Make sure the pin is seated straight.

7. Replace the filter gasket and install it using the bolt.

• Tightening torque - 7-10 Nm

8. Install the filter pan.

Replacing the O-ring seal of the working fluid filter

1. Use a needle to remove the O-ring from the filter opening.

Note: Do not damage the O-ring.

2. Press in a new O-ring.
