- Never disconnect the battery or voltage regulator while the engine is running.
- Do not allow the generator excitation terminal or the wire attached to it to come into contact with the ground.
- Do not swap the voltage regulator wires.
- Do not turn on the voltage generator if it is connected to ground (instant failure).
- Do not remove the generator unless the battery has been disconnected first.
- When installing the battery, ensure that the negative terminal is connected to ground.
- Do not use a portable lamp powered by the mains (110 or 220 V). Use only 12V extension cord.
- If the battery is charged by a charger in the installed state, both battery cables must be disconnected. The positive terminal of the charger must be connected to the positive pole of the battery, and the negative terminal to the negative pole of the battery.
- Incorrect connection of wires causes failure of the rectifier and voltage regulator.
