- Assemble the drive bearing shield. To do this, press the bearing with the filled side into the rotor. Place the bearing retaining plate into the drive bearing shield so that the board's grippers fit into the slots in the cover. Screw 4 bolts into the bearing shield.
- Install the bearing into the bearing shield.
- Install the pulley. Tighten the nut to a tightening torque of 40 Nm. To do this, carefully clamp the rotor in a vice through the soft metal jaws.
- If the wires have been unsoldered, they should be soldered again. At the same time, attach tweezers to the legs of the diodes as a heat sink so that they do not overheat.
- Place the pins shown in Figure 273 on each washer and secure the rectifier to four bolts.

- Check the inside of the stator and move aside any poorly laid wires so that they cannot touch the rotor.
- Attach the brush holder and regulator to the back of the generator and screw it in with 5 bolts to ensure a distance between the brush holder cover and the terminal of at least 1 mm.
- Secure the slip ring bearing cover with three nuts.
