A) Connect "+" battery to the output "2", A "-" to the conclusion "3", check that the damper moves to the position "RECIRC".
b) Connect "+" battery to the output "2", and to the conclusion "4", check that the damper moves to the position "FRESH".
2. Checking the flow mixing damper servo.
A) Connect the battery to the terminals "1" (+) And "2" (-) connector. Check that the lever moves smoothly from "COOL" into position "NOT".
b) Connect the battery to the terminals "2" (+) And "1" (-) connector. Check that the lever moves smoothly to the position "COOL".
V) Measure resistance between leads "5" And "4".
- Resistance - 4.8-7.2 kOhm
G) Check that when moving the damper from the position "COOL" V "NOT" resistance between pins "4" And "3" changes as shown in the figure.
3. Checking the airflow direction flap servo.
A) Connect the battery to the terminals "2" (+) And "1" (-) connector.
b) Connecting each terminal of the connector to the negative terminal of the battery, check that the lever moves to the position indicated in the table.
