Idle speed control [Toyota Carina T190]

On some models (cold climate option, diesel or manual transmission models) an idle speed control system is installed. The system increases the idle speed and the efficiency of the heating system when the handle is turned to the right. When driving, the handle should be set to the extreme left position.
