If there is noticeable play, replace the entire assembly.
2. Remove piston rings.
A) special tool (expander or screwdriver) remove both compression rings.
b) Manually remove the oil scraper elements (scrapers and expander rings).
Note: Arrange the rings in the correct order.
3. Disconnect the connecting rod from the piston.
A) Using a screwdriver, remove the circlips.
b) Gradually heat the piston to a temperature of 80-90°C.
V) Using a plastic-tipped hammer and copper rod, knock out the piston pin and remove the connecting rod.
Note:
- - If necessary, mark the piston and connecting rod to ensure correct assembly.
- - Do not dismantle the piston and piston pin.
- - Lay out the parts of the piston group as a set.
