A) Using a screwdriver, install a new circlip on one side into the piston boss hole.
b) Gradually heat the piston to a temperature of up to 80-90°C.
V) Apply some engine oil to the piston pin and into the piston boss bores.
G) Align marks "before" connecting rod piston, and install the piston pin.
d) Using a screwdriver, install a second new retaining ring on the other side of the piston boss hole.
2. Install piston rings.
A) Install the expander and two oil ring scrapers.
6) With a piston ring expander, install two compression rings; moreover, the ring marks should be facing upwards, as shown in the figure.

V) Install the piston rings in the grooves so that their locks are located as shown in the figure.
Note: do not match the locks of the rings.

3. Install the connecting rod bearing shells.
A) Align the lug of the bushing with the recess in the lower head of the connecting rod and with its cap.
b) Insert the bushings into the bottom end of the connecting rod and into the connecting rod cap.
