Rear Suspension Arm Installation Components
1. The installation components of the anti-roll bar are shown in the illustration above.
2. Support the front wheels with wheel chocks. Jack up the back of the car and place it on jack stands.
3. Support the rear axle with a trolley jack.
4. On ABS equipped models, release the wheel sensor wiring harness from the support brackets on the upper arm assembly.
5. Give the nuts, throw off the washers and remove the bolts securing the upper suspension arms to the frame and the rear axle assembly (refer to accompanying illustration).
6. Give the nuts, throw off the washers and remove the bolts of the lower suspension arms to the frame and the rear axle assembly (refer to accompanying illustration).
7. Estimate a condition of rubber plugs of the lever. Replace defective bushings in a car service workshop.
8. Installation is carried out in the reverse order. Make sure all fasteners are tightened to the correct torque. Tighten fasteners after lowering the vehicle to the ground.
