Torque rod mounting components
1. Support the front wheels with wheel chocks. Jack up the rear of the car and place it on supports.
2. Support the rear axle assembly with a trolley jack.
3. Disconnect the LSP valve from the rear axle assembly & BP (see chapter Brake system).
4. Disconnect the upper end of the torque rod from its support bracket on the vehicle's frame (refer to the illustration above).
5. Disconnect the lower end of the rod from the support bracket on the rear axle assembly.
6. Remove the reaction rod.
7. Installation is carried out in the reverse order. Make sure that all fasteners are tightened with the required force. Tightening of fasteners is carried out after lowering the car to the ground.
