Attention! Remove and install each lever individually. If necessary, remove two or more levers, remove the springs and support the axle with a jack.
Front suspension arms
Removing
1. Raise the front of the car.
2. Place supports under the bridge.
3. Loosen the bolt nut on the frame bracket.
4. Loosen the nuts (indicated by arrows) on the bridge bracket.
5. Remove the lever. Pry it off with a pry bar if necessary.
6. Check up a condition of plugs of the lever, existence on them of cracks, hardenings and deformations. The lever bushings are replaced at a car service, as special equipment is required.
Installation
1. Installation is carried out in the reverse order.
2. Tighten all fasteners to the specified torque.
3. Bolts of fastening of the lever tighten under nominal loading of the car.
Rear suspension arms
Removing
1. Raise the rear of the car.
2. Place supports under the bridge.
3. Loosen the bolt nuts (indicated by arrows) fastening the upper arm to the frame bracket (pic. on right) and bridge (photo on the left). Remove the top arm.
4. Loosen the nuts of the lower arm mounting bolts on the frame bracket (pic. left) and bridge (indicated by arrows in the photo on the right). Remove the lower arm.
5. Check up a condition of plugs of the lever, existence on them of cracks, hardenings and deformations. The lever bushings are replaced at a car service, as special equipment is required.
Installation
1. Installation is carried out in the reverse order.
2. Tighten all fasteners to the specified torque.
3. Bolts of fastening of the lever tighten under nominal loading of the car.
