Checking the condition of the bushings
1. All vehicles have two bushings installed in the springs, the condition and tightness of which should be checked periodically.
2. To do this, lift the vehicle to take the weight off the bushings and rock the spring eye.
3. If there is any play, the bushings should be replaced.
Removal springs
Note! The procedure described is the same for both front and rear bushings. It is recommended to replace the bushings on each side separately.
1. Raise the car and remove the wheel.
2. Use a jack to raise the bridge beam.

3. Disconnect the lower shock absorber mount and move the shock absorber to the side.
4. Unscrew the U-bolt nuts, remove the plate and U-bolts.
5. Unscrew the earring bolt.
6. Remove the bolt securing the spring to the frame bracket and remove the spring.
Replacing bushings
1. Remove the bushing by pushing it from the inside with a screwdriver.
2. If necessary, wet the area where the eye and bushing meet with penetrating liquid and allow the time required for impregnation to take place.
3. Lightly lubricate the eye with grease and press in the new bushing.
Installing the spring
1. Installation is carried out in reverse order.
2. Tighten the bolts and nuts to the specified torque.
3. Tighten the spring eye bolts to the vehicle's rated load.
