If the arrow is in the red zone and above, stop the car and let the engine cool down.
Engine overheating may occur under severe driving conditions, such as:
- when climbing for a long time in hot weather;
- when reducing speed or when stopping the vehicle after driving at high speed;
- during prolonged idling with the air conditioner on and with frequent stops during movement;
- when using the vehicle as a towing vehicle.
Warning! Do not remove the thermostat, as driving without the thermostat will cause the engine to overheat. The thermostat is designed to regulate the flow of coolant and maintain the engine temperature within operating limits.
Warning! Driving with an overheated engine is prohibited.
