Idle speed control The electronic unit controls the idle speed based on the input signals from the sensors of the system and controls the amount of cyclic feed through the feedback line to bring the speed to the desired level.
Idling - 650-750 rpm
When warming up - 1150-1250 rpm
When the air conditioner is running - 750 - 850 rpm
1. Idle speed adjustment
A) Idling is electronically controlled.
b) Manual adjustment is not provided.
2. Speed adjustment during warm-up.
A) Run the engine to idle.
b) Hit the switch "warming up".
V) Compare the idle speed with the specifications.
G) The heating speed is electronically controlled.
d) Manual adjustment is not provided.
3. Adjusting the rotational speed during the operation of the air conditioner.
A) Run the engine to idle.
b) Turn on the air conditioner.
V) Compare speed with specification data.
G) Idling during the operation of the air conditioner is controlled by electronics.
d) Manual adjustment is not provided.
Static fuel injection advance adjustment
1. Align the alignment mark on the injection pump with the benchmark on the block.
2. To do this, loosen:
A) Flange nuts for injection pump
b) Support bracket bolts
3. Turn the injection pump housing until the mark aligns with the benchmark.
4. Tighten to specified torque.
A) Flange nuts for injection pump
b) Support bracket bolts
Note: After adjustment is complete, relieve tension in the high pressure fuel pipes by loosening and tightening their nuts.
