Removal and checking the steering knuckle arm (DYNA 100)
1. Remove the front wheel.
2. Disconnect the steering rod assembly, having first removed two cotter pins and unscrewed two nuts.

3. Remove the steering knuckle arm, having first removed the cotter pin and unscrewed the two nuts.
4. Remove the lock bolts and plugs.
5. Check the lever for damage and wear.

Installing the steering knuckle arm (DYNA 100)
1. Install the lock bolts and plugs.
2. Install the steering knuckle arm.
a) Install the steering knuckle arm onto the knuckle, tighten with two nuts and insert a new cotter pin.
- Tightening torque - 87 Nm
3. Connect the steering rod assembly to the steering knuckle arm, tighten the nut and insert a new cotter pin.
- Tightening torque - 91 Nm
4. Install the front wheel.
