Removal and checking the steering knuckle arm (DYNA 150)
1. Remove the front wheel.
2. Disconnect the steering rod end from the steering knuckle arm, having first removed the cotter pin and unscrewed the nut.

3. Disconnect the longitudinal steering rod, having first removed the cotter pin and unscrewed the nut.
4. Remove the steering knuckle arm.
a) Loosen the nut securing the pivot arm.
b) Separate the lever from the steering knuckle.
c) Remove the segment key.
5. Check the steering knuckle arm for wear and damage.
Installing the steering knuckle arm (DYNA 150)
1. Install the lever.
a) Install the woodruff key onto the arm, then insert the arm into the steering knuckle and tighten with a new nut.
- Tightening torque - 392 Nm
b) Using a hammer and chisel, caulk the nut.

2. Connect the longitudinal steering rod, tighten the nut and insert a new cotter pin.
- Tightening torque - 91 Nm
3. Connect the steering rod, tighten the nut and insert a new cotter pin.
- Tightening torque - 91 Nm

4. Connect the wheel brake cylinder.
5. Install the front wheel.
