Removing
Place the car on a lift.
Bring under the rear beam, substituting under the differential, bring the hydraulic jack.
In the cabin, remove the covers from the upper parts of the shock absorbers. Give nuts and locknuts. In this case, the rear beam will lower onto the stands.
Loosen the shock absorber mounting bolt on the beam and remove the shock absorber.
Unfasten the bolts of the two stabilizer mounting struts from the rear axle housing.
Loosen the cross bar nut. Remove the bar from the axle.
Lower the stands a little lower, slowly lower the lift. With assistance, remove the bridge, being careful not to stretch the brake hose and handbrake cable.
Remove the coil spring from the upper and lower supports.
Installation
Install the top plate on the spring.
Install spring. Make sure that it takes the correct position in the groove of the lower cymbal.
Raise the rear axle.
Install the rear axle cross bar in the following sequence. Install the washer, bushing, spacer washer, stem, bushing, washer and nut onto the trunnion. Tighten the nut by hand without tightening.
Install shock absorber. Tighten the nut on the top support to 25 Nm and lock it. Install the cover on the top support.
Fasten the shock absorber to the lower support with a force of 35 Nm.
Fasten the stabilizer clamp to the rear axle with 35 Nm.
Remove stands and lower vehicle onto wheels.
Rock the car several times with your hands to loosen the connections.
Put the car on a lift and bring the hydraulic lift under the rear axle differential.
Raise the vehicle by the rear differential, unloading the stands. In this position, tighten the axle shaft mounting to 65 Nm.
Take the car off the lift.
