Removal
Attention! If the car is equipped with an airbag, then turning the wheels after removing the gearbox is not allowed. Lock the steering wheel by turning the ignition key to the LOCK position, or wrap the steering wheel with a seat belt, which you fasten.
1. Raise the front of the car.

2. Unscrew and plug the fittings (indicated by arrows).

3. Mark the position of the lower fork of the cardan joint of the steering shaft relative to the shaft of the gearbox. Unscrew the clamp bolt (indicated by the arrow).
4. Remove the bipod.

5. Loosen the mounting bolts (indicated by arrows), move the gearbox down and disconnect it from the intermediate steering shaft. Remove the gearbox.
Installation
1. Install the gearbox by aligning the marks made during disassembly.
2. Tighten the mounting bolts to the specified torque.
3. Install the pitman arm on the gearbox shaft, aligning the marks made during disassembly.
4. Tighten the clamp bolt to the specified torque.
5. Reconnect the power steering nipples and restore the fluid level.
6. Install the wheel and lower the vehicle.
