Capacitor mounting bolts
1. Drain hose; 2. Bracket of the lock of a cowl; 3. Liquid refrigerant pipe; 4. Clamp
Removal and installation
1. Depressurize the air conditioner and remove the refrigerant in a car service.
2. Remove the radiator.
3. Remove the grille, hood lock bracket and B-pillar.
4. Disconnect the refrigerant line on the right side by unscrewing the bolt (indicated by an arrow), plug the refrigerant pipe fittings.
5. Turn away bolts of fastening of the condenser, shift the condenser back and remove from the car.
6. Install the capacitor and brackets, tighten the bolts.
7. Make sure that the rubber pads on the condenser are secure.
8. Attach refrigerant pipes, replace O-rings.
9. If a new condenser is being installed, then enter 50 cc. fresh oil of the recommended brand.
10. The rest of the parts are installed in the reverse order.
11. Fill the air conditioner with refrigerant (carried out in the same workshop that performed the depressurization and removal of the refrigerant).
