Removal



1. Disconnect the vacuum hose.

2. Disconnect the oil supply hose.



3. Remove the pump.

a) Unscrew the three mounting bolts.

b) Remove the pump and O-ring.

Installing a vacuum pump



1. Install the O-ring and vacuum pump.

a) Install a new O-ring into the groove.

b) Secure the pump with three bolts and tighten them.
  • Tightening torque: 7.8 Nm

1 - Vacuum hose,
2 - Fitting,
3 - O-ring seal,
4 - Vacuum pump,
5 - Oil supply hose,
6 - Bracket,
7 - Gasket,
8 - Shoulder blade,
9 - End plate,
10 - Pin,
11 - Rotor,
12 - Body,
13 - Check valve.


2. Install the fitting together with new gaskets and tighten the bolt.

3. Connect the oil supply hose and install the clamp.

4. Connect the vacuum hose and install the clamp.
