Front suspension [Toyota Carina T170]

The front wheels are suspended by two shock absorber struts and hydraulic shock absorbers located in them, as well as an anti-roll bar. The anti-roll bar is installed between the lower wishbones and the suspension cross beam. The stabilizer rod is connected to the wishbones by connecting rods with ball joints at both ends. The hydraulic telescopic shock absorbers dampen in both directions. The shock absorbers are non-separable and it is impossible to replace the shock absorber cartridge. The front wheel hubs operate on a single bearing, which is located on the inside of the steering knuckle.
