a) Raise the rear beam with a jack.
b) Install lower suspension arm #1 with washer and bolt.
Note: Orient the lever with the paint mark towards the rear.
c) Install the second lever mounting bolt.
2. Install the rear beam and tighten the bolts.
- Tightening torque - 65 Nm
3. Lower the jack.
4. Install lower control arm #2.
a) Connect the lower control arm #2 to the rear beam. Do not tighten the mounting nut.
Note: Orient the lever with the paint mark towards the rear.
b) Connect the lever to the knuckle.
5. Install the trailing arm, and temporarily install the two bolts and nuts as shown in the figure.
6. Stabilize the suspension.
a) Install the rear wheel and lower the vehicle.
- Tightening torque - 105 Nm
b) By pressing down on the body and lifting it up, stabilize the suspension.
7. Jack up the car and remove the rear wheel.
8. Jack up the rear beam.
9. Tighten the nuts securing the lower suspension arms No.1 and No.2.
- Tightening torque - 185 Nm
10. Tighten the trailing arm mounting bolts.
- Tightening torque - 115 Nm
11. Lower the jack.
12. Connect the parking brake cable.
- Tightening torque - 5 Nm
13. Install the center muffler pipe.
14. Install the rear wheel.
- Tightening torque - 105 Nm
15. Check the rear wheel alignment angles.
