- Tightening torque - 105 Nm
2. Remove the lower motor protection cover.
3. (2WD)
Remove the muffler intake pipe.
- Tightening torque - 44 Nm
4. Disconnect the stabilizer links from the lower suspension arms.
- Tightening torque - 65 Nm
5. Remove the anti-roll bar.
(2WD)
A) Install the engine support.
b) Remove the bolt and nuts and disconnect the lower suspension arms from the ball joints
- Tightening torque - 130 Nm
V) Unscrew the two bolts and remove the protection of the beam of the central support of the engine mount.
- Tightening torque - 40 Nm
G) Turn away three bolts and disconnect a forward support of the engine.
- Tightening torque - 74 Nm
d) Turn away four bolts and remove a longitudinal beam.
- Tightening torque - 36 Nm
e) Turn away four bolts and disconnect the anti-roll bar.
- Tightening torque - 20 Nm
and) Turn away bolts and nuts and disconnect a back support of the engine.
- Tightening torque - 74 Nm
h) Mark the steering gear worm and universal joint. Turn away a bolt and disconnect the hinge from a worm.
- Tightening torque - 36 Nm
And) Jack up the cross beam.
To) Remove four bolts and remove additional braces.
Torque:
- bolts (A) - 168 Nm
- bolts (IN) - 180 Nm
l) Remove the two bolts and lower the jack by five centimeters.
- Tightening torque - 185 Nm
m) Turn away bolts of fastening of the steering mechanism to a cross beam.
- Tightening torque - 60 Nm
n) Remove the cross beam.
Attention: tie the steering gear to the body to avoid its breakage.
O) Remove the anti-roll bar.
P) Remove the anti-roll bar.
- Tightening torque - 65 Nm
R) Remove bushings from stabilizer.
(4WD, manual transmission)
A) Turn away four bolts and disconnect the anti-roll bar.
b) Remove the right bushing from the stabilizer.
- Tightening torque - 20 Nm
V) Remove the anti-roll bar as shown in the figure.
G) Remove the anti-roll bar.
- Tightening torque - 65 Nm
d) Remove the left bushing from the stabilizer.
(4WD, automatic transmission)
A) Turn away bolts of fastening of the steering mechanism to a cross beam.
- Tightening torque - 130 Nm
b) Remove two bolts and nut.
- Tightening torque - 74 Nm
V) Turn away bolts.
G) Turn away four bolts and disconnect the anti-roll bar.
- Tightening torque - 20 Nm
d) Jack up the cross beam.
e) Unscrew the four bolts and remove the additional braces.
Torque:
- bolts (A) - 168 Nm
- bolts (IN) - 180 Nm
and) Remove the two bolts and lower the jack by five centimeters.
- Tightening torque - 185 Nm
h) Remove the bolt and nuts and disconnect the lower suspension arms from the ball joints
- Tightening torque - 130 Nm
And) Remove the anti-roll bar.
P) Remove the anti-roll bar.
- Tightening torque - 65 Nm
R) Remove bushings from stabilizer.
