Removing
1. Remove the rear wheel.
- Tightening torque - 105 Nm
2. Loosen the locknut.
A) Remove cotter pin and locknut cap.
b) Loosen the locknut by depressing the brake pedal.
- Tightening torque - 220 Nm
3. Remove the caliper and brake disc.
A) Loosen the two bolts and remove the caliper.
- Tightening torque - 47 Nm
b) Hang the caliper on the wire. Do not disconnect the brake hose.
V) Remove the brake disc.
4. Check bearing end play and hub runout.
A) Using a dial indicator, check the axial clearance of the bearing.
- Maximum clearance - 0.05 mm
If the clearance is not correct, replace the bearing.
b) Using a dial gauge, check the hub runout.
- Maximum runout - 0.07 mm
If the runout is out of specification, replace the hub and bearing.
5. Remove the speed sensor
(ABS)
- Tightening torque - 20 Nm
6. Remove parking brake pads (see the relevant section in chapter "Brake system").
7. Turn away bolts and disconnect a cable of a parking brake.
- Tightening torque - 8 Nm
8. Turn away two nuts from the bottom party of a rack.
Note: Do not remove bolts.
- Tightening torque - 260 Nm
9. Turn away a bolt and disconnect the trailing arm from a fist.
- Tightening torque - 125 Nm
10. Turn away nuts and disconnect the lower levers No. 1 and No. 2 from a fist.
- Tightening torque - 125 Nm
11. Remove the rear wheel hub and knuckle assembly.
A) Remove the bolts from the underside of the rack.
b) Remove the hub and knuckle of the rear wheel.
Note: do not damage the boot, oil seal and speed sensor rotor (ABS).

8 - hub assembly with a fist,
10 - speed sensor (ABS),

15, 21 - coupling spring pads,
16 - spacer plate,
17 - spring seat,
18 - brake disc,
19 - cotter pin,
20 - locknut cap,
22 - regulator,
23 - holder spring.
Installation
1. Installation is made in the reverse order of removal.
2. The tightening of the bolts for fastening the lower and trailing arms to the knuckle is made after the stabilization of the suspension. In order to finally tighten the nuts of the levers, it is necessary to jack up the fist.
