The gas-thermal heater increases the power of a conventional liquid heater in diesel-powered vehicles.
A gas-thermal heater was added to the air conditioning system (consisting of a nozzle, a solenoid valve and a housing). Because the air conditioning system includes a heater, the air conditioning compressor increases the temperature and pressure of the refrigerant passing through the evaporator to dissipate more heat.
Description
The new model is equipped with an air conditioning system, which includes the equipment listed below.
The new Corolla Verso is equipped with a hot gas electric heater for the first time. This system supplements the traditional heater (radiator) at low coolant temperatures. In addition to the traditional air conditioning system, a connecting fitting, a solenoid valve and a hot gas receiver with a heater are installed. The solenoid valve switches the refrigerant circuit, and the evaporator dissipates the heat of the refrigerant, which has reached high temperature and high pressure in the compressor, to ensure high efficiency of the heater. In addition, the system includes a hot gas receiver with a heater, which allows increasing the temperature and pressure of the refrigerant, thereby increasing the air heating capacity of the hot gas electric heater.
In the "RTS" type heater, elements with a positive temperature coefficient are used to heat the air passing through the heater radiator, which results in high efficiency.
A high-output heater core, an electric heater with hot gas and a "PTC" type heater can be installed on request on left-hand drive vehicles with a 1CD-FTV engine intended for regions with cold climates.
