Note: Due to the use of an automatic belt tensioner in the design, it is not necessary to check the belt tension.
Removal
Remove the lower left engine shield.
Remove the lower engine shield No.1.
Remove the lower right engine shield.

Remove 2 nuts, disconnect 2 clips, then remove cylinder head cover of cylinder bank #2 (fig. 2.116).

Carefully turn the poly V-belt tensioner clockwise, then remove the belt (fig. 2.117).
Installation
Install the fan and alternator V-belt.
Secure the cylinder head cover of cylinder bank No.2 with two nuts and two clips. Tightening torque: 7.0 N·m.
The installation of the remaining components is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
