Examination
1. Raise the vehicle and place it on stands, then place a stand under the engine oil pan. Place a large board between the sump and stand and carefully lift the engine to relieve the supports. Do not place a board under the drain plug of the pan.
2. Check for cracks, hardening or delamination from the metal base on the supports (left support - photo on the left, right support - photo on the right).
3. Check if the support plates move relative to the engine (to do this, shake the supports with a mount, or a large screwdriver). If movement is felt, lower the engine and tighten the mounts.
4. To slow down aging, lubricate the rubber parts of the supports with a preservative.
Replacement
1. Disconnect the battery from the mass, raise the car and place it on stands.
2. To remove the right support, unscrew the nuts from the bottom and 1 bolt from the top, remove the upper section of the support from the engine bracket.
3. Loosen the nuts securing the support to the chassis and remove the support.
4. To remove the left support, unscrew the nut and bolt, separate the lower and upper supports.
5. Turn away bolts of pillows of support on the block of cylinders and the chassis, remove support.
6. Installation is carried out in the reverse order. Lubricate threads of nuts and bolts with locking compound and tighten securely.
