1. Remove the belts and crankshaft pulley.



2. Determine the depth of pressing the seal, then carefully remove the seal from the oil pump housing, prying it with a screwdriver or special tool.



3. It is also possible to cut the omentum (1 – place of the cut of the omentum during removal).

4. Clean the hole for the oil seal in the oil pump housing, lightly lubricate the outer surface with engine oil, lubricate the working edges of the new seal with molybdenum grease.

5. Carefully, without distorting, press the new seal into place using a mandrel with a diameter slightly smaller than the seal diameter. Press to the depth marked before disassembly. After installation, make sure that the seal edge is not bent.

6. Install the remaining parts in reverse order.

7. Start the engine and check for leaks.
