Removal
1. Disconnect the battery from ground.
2. Set the car's handbrake and block the rear wheels.
3. Raise the front of the car.
4. Remove the engine mudguards.
5. Drain the oil and remove the oil filter. Remove the oil level indicator.
6. Remove the front suspension stabilizer bar (see subsection 9.2).
7. Remove the exhaust pipes as an assembly.

8. Remove the oil level sensor and inspect it.

9. Unscrew the pan bolts 2 (lower section).

10. Carefully separate and remove the bottom section.

11. Unscrew the bolts (indicated by arrows in the photo on the left) and nuts next to the pulley (indicated by arrows in the photo on the right) pallet 1 (upper section).

12. Open the seal and carefully separate the top section.

13. Tilt and remove the top section.

14. Loosen the oil receiver mounting nuts (indicated by arrows).

15. Unscrew the oil deflectors nuts (indicated by arrows) and remove the oil receiver.
Installation
1. Remove any remaining seal from the split surfaces of the cylinder block and the oil pan. Wash the sealing surfaces with solvent.
2. Make sure the threaded holes in the cylinder block are clean.
3. Check for deformations on the split surface of the pallet, especially near the holes for the bolts. If necessary, straighten the surface with a hammer on a board.
4. Check the condition of the oil receiver, the presence of cracks and clogging of the coarse filter. Install the oil receiver tube.

5. Check the condition of the oil level sensor and connector. Replace the gasket.
6. When reassembling, install a new oil pan gasket into the front cover.
7. Apply a 3 mm bead of sealant to the sealing surface of tray 1.
Attention! The part must be installed no later than 5 minutes after applying the sealant.
8. Carefully install the pan and tighten the bolts. Tighten the pan bolts to the specified torque in three or four steps, starting from the center.
9. Apply a 3 mm bead of sealant to the surface of tray 2, install the tray, tighten the bolts evenly and gradually to the specified torque.
10. Further assembly is performed in the reverse order. Fill the engine with oil and replace the filter. Replace the exhaust pipe muffler gaskets.
11. Start the engine and check for leaks.
