Removing
1. Disconnect the brake fluid level sensor connector.
2. Use a syringe to pump out the brake fluid from the reservoir.
Note: Do not allow brake fluid to come into contact with painted body surfaces. In case of contact, wash it off immediately.
3. Disconnect brake pipes from the main brake cylinder.
4. Turn away nuts of fastening, then disconnect the main brake cylinder, a clip and a lining from the amplifier of brakes.
Installation
1. Before installing the master brake cylinder, check and, if necessary, adjust the length of the push rod of the brake booster (see section "Vacuum brake booster").
2. Install the brake master cylinder with a new gasket and clamp on the brake booster, secure with nuts.
Tightening torque - 13 N.m
3. Connect the brake pipes and temporarily tighten the union nuts by hand.
4. Finally tighten the union nuts.
Tightening torque - 15 N.m
5. Connect a socket of the gauge of level of a brake liquid in a tank.
6. Fill the reservoir with brake fluid and bleed the system.
7. Check the brake system for brake fluid leaks.
8. Check and adjust the position and stroke of the brake pedal.
