Removal
1. Remove the brake master cylinder.
2. Disconnect the vacuum hose from the brake booster.
3. Remove the spring and remove the cotter pin. Loosen the lock nut. Remove the fork pin and disconnect the brake pedal from the fork.
4. Unscrew the nuts and remove the brake booster together with the gasket.

Checking the operation of the check valve
1. Remove the check valve.
2. Check that air flows through the valve from the booster to the hose.
3. Check that air does not flow through the valve from the hose towards the booster.
4. Replace the check valve if necessary.
Installation
1. Install the brake booster and tighten the mounting nuts.

Tightening torque - 13 Nm
2. Pass the fork pin through the brake pedal. Secure the pin with a cotter pin.
3. Connect the vacuum hose to the brake booster.
4. Adjusting the length of the booster push rod.
a) Install the gasket on the master cylinder.
b) Place the special tool on the master cylinder and lower the rod until it touches the piston.

c) Turn the special tool upside down and place it on the amplifier.

d) Measure the gap between the booster pushrod and the head of the special tool rod.
Gap - 0 mm
d) When pressing the brake pedal, adjust the length of the booster push rod so that the push rod easily touches the head of the rod after releasing the pedal.
e) Measure the gap again.
5. Install the brake master cylinder.
6. Fill the reservoir with brake fluid and bleed the brake system.
7. Check the brake system for leaks.
8. Check and adjust the position and travel of the brake pedal.
9. Perform a performance check of the amplifier.
