Pic. 220. Installing an eccentric cam to adjust the toe-in of the rear wheels. Turn the cam in the direction (1) to obtain negative toe-in and in the direction (2) to obtain positive toe-in.
Measure toe according to instructions Chapter 12.5.1. If the toe is outside the limits of 5.0±1.0 mm, loosen the adjusting cam nut and turn the bolt head in Figure 220. When turning the cam to the right (arrow 1) positive toe is obtained when turning the cam to the left (arrow 2) negative toe is obtained. Each scale division corresponds approximately to 1.5 mm of convergence. Finally, tighten the bolt and nut to 115 Nm. The wheels must be on the ground.
