- Insert the shock absorber from below and tighten the 3 nuts from the top side evenly to a torque of 40 Nm.
- Engage the wheel hub bracket with the shock absorber strut, align the bolt holes and drive the bolts. Screw on the nuts and tighten them to a torque of 230 Nm (see also fig. 217).
- Tighten the piston rod nut with a tightening torque of 50 Nm and put on the cap.
- Connect the stabilizer links and tighten the nuts to a torque of 35 Nm.
- Carry out all other work in reverse order. Finally, remove air from the brake system.
