Removal
1. Drain the power steering fluid.
2. Remove the expansion tank.
3. Disconnect the connector, unscrew the two bolts and remove the washer reservoir.
4. Loosen the tensioner roller bolt and remove the drive belt.
5. Using a special tool, remove the pump pulley.
- Tightening torque - 44 Nm
6. Disconnect the return and discharge pipes.
- Tightening torque of the union bolt - 52 Nm
7. Unscrew the three bolts and remove the pump assembly.
- Tightening torque - 40 Nm
Removal the power steering pump (2C)
1 - washer reservoir,
2 - expansion tank,
3 - discharge pipeline,
4 - gasket,
5 - casing,
6 - pump assembly,
7 - return pipeline,
8 - key,
9 - pump pulley,
10 - drive belt.
Installation
1. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.

2. When installing the drive belt, adjust its tension (see the relevant section).
3. After installing the pump:
a) Top up the power steering fluid.
b) Bleed the power steering system.
c) Check the working fluid level.
