Note: install in the reverse order of removal.
1. Wash the outer surfaces of the gearbox housing.
2. Unscrew the drain plug and drain the working fluid into a suitable container.
- Tightening torque - 50 Nm
3. Turn away bolts of fastening of the pallet. Remove the pan and gasket.
Note: some liquid always remains in the sump. Be careful not to damage the fill tube and O-ring.
- Tightening torque - 5 Nm
Installation note: Fix the magnets in the gearbox pan as shown in the figure.
4. Remove filter and tube bracket.
A) Loosen the three bolts and remove the filter.
b) Remove two screws and remove bracket.
- Tightening torque during installation - 10 Nm
5. Remove tubing.
6. Disconnect the solenoid valve connectors.
6. Remove the range select valve.
A) Loosen the two screws and remove the retainer.
- Tightening torque - 11 Nm
Note: bolt lengths (in mm) shown in the figure.
b) Loosen the bolts and remove the range select valve body.
- Tightening torque - 11 Nm
Note: bolt lengths (in mm) shown in the figure.
7. Remove brake pipe B3.
A) Loosen the tube fixing bolt.
- Tightening torque - 11 Nm
b) Remove brake pipe B3.
8. Turn away bolts of fastening and remove the block of valves.
- Tightening torque - 11 Nm
Note: bolt lengths (in mm) shown in the figure.
9. Disconnect the throttle valve control cable from the cam in the transmission.
10. Remove the second gear brake pad.
11. Turn away a bolt of fastening of a cable to a case of a transmission and take a cable.
- Tightening torque - 5.5 N.m
Installation note: If the cable is new, install a stopper on the inner cable.
A) Bend the cable so that the bending radius is about 200 mm.
b) Pull the inner cable out until there is little resistance. Hold it in this position.
V) Install the stopper at a distance of 0.8-1.5 mm from the end of the outer sheath, as shown in the figure.
Note: after installation, adjust throttle control cable.
