Note: Install in the reverse order of removal.
1. Wash the outer surfaces of the gearbox housing.
2. Unscrew the drain plug and drain the working fluid into a suitable container.
- Tightening torque - 50 Nm

3. Loosen the pan mounting bolts. Remove the pan and gasket.
Note: Some liquid always remains in the tray. Do not damage the filler tube and sealing ring.
- Tightening torque - 5 Nm

Installation instruction: Fix the magnets to the transmission pan as shown in the figure.

4. Remove the filter and tube bracket.
a) Unscrew the three bolts and remove the filter.
b) Unscrew the two bolts and remove the bracket.
- Tightening torque during installation - 10 Nm

5. Remove the tubes.

6. Disconnect the solenoid valve connectors.

6. Remove the range selector valve.
a) Unscrew the two bolts and remove the retainer.
- Tightening torque - 11 Nm
Note: Bolt lengths (in mm) are shown in the figure.

b) Loosen the bolts and remove the range selection valve housing.
- Tightening torque - 11 Nm

7. Remove the brake pipe B ₃.
a) Unscrew the tube mounting bolt.
- Tightening torque - 11 Nm

b) Remove the brake pipe B ₃.

8. Loosen the mounting bolts and remove the valve block.
- Tightening torque - 11 Nm
Note: Bolt lengths (in mm) are shown in the figure.

9. Disconnect the throttle valve control cable from the cam in the gearbox.

10. Remove the second gear brake gasket.

11. Loosen the bolt securing the cable to the gearbox housing and remove the cable.
- Tightening torque: 5.5 Nm

Installation instructions: If the cable is new, install the stopper on the inner cable.
a) Bend the cable so that the bending radius is about 200 mm.
b) Pull the inner cable until a slight resistance appears. Hold it in this position.
c) Install the stopper at a distance of 0.8-1.5 mm from the end of the outer shell, as shown in the figure.

Note: After installation, adjust the throttle control cable.
