Removing
1. Disconnect the battery from the ground.
2. Designate and remove belts of a drive.
3. Raise the front of the car.
4. Remove the 6 bolts and remove the power steering pump pulley from the crankshaft pulley.
5. Unscrew the pulley bolt, for which fix the crankshaft with a tool. If no tool is available, secure the flywheel (automatic transmission) or engage gear and handbrake (manual transmission).
6. Remove the pulley with a puller.
Installation
1. Replace front oil seal (see subsection 3.1.12).
2. Lubricate the back of the pulley with molybdenum grease.
3. Put on the pulley, aligning the groove with the crankshaft key and light hammer blows with a soft head (or by rotating the bolt) press on the pulley.
4. tighten bolt (nut) with a given moment.
5. Further assembly is carried out in the reverse order.
