Removal
1. Disconnect the battery from ground.
2. Mark and remove the drive belts.
3. Raise the front of the car.

4. Remove 6 bolts and remove the power steering pump pulley from the crankshaft pulley.

5. Unscrew the pulley bolt, for which fix the crankshaft with a device. If there is no device, fix the flywheel (automatic transmission) or engage the gear and handbrake (manual transmission).

6. Remove the pulley with a puller.
Installation
1. Replace the front oil seal (see subsection 3.1.12).
2. Lubricate the back of the pulley with molybdenum grease.
3. Fit the pulley by aligning the groove with the crankshaft key and lightly tapping it with a soft-faced hammer (or by turning the bolt) press the pulley on.
4. Tighten the bolt (nut) to the specified torque.
5. Then assembly is carried out in reverse order.
