Removal the shock absorber
1. Disconnect the shock absorber from the beam and from the frame.
Installing the shock absorber
1. Connect the shock absorber to the frame and to the beam.
- Tightening torque - 24 Nm
Removal the spring
1. Jack up the car and install stands, then lower the beam until the spring is free of load and fix its position.
2. Remove the stepladders.
a) Unscrew the four U-bolt mounting nuts and remove the two U-bolts, the buffer and the spring pad.
3. Lower the beam.
4. Remove the spring.
a) Remove the connecting bracket and bushings from the rear of the spring.
b) Remove the eye pin and bushing from the front of the spring.
Replacing the leaf spring
1. Using a hammer and chisel, bend back the clamps.
2. Clamp the spring in a vice near the center bolt and unscrew it.
Front suspension (Dyna 150).
1, 4, 6 - Lock,
2 -; 3, 7 -; 13 - Bushing,
8 - Stepladder,
9 - Buffer,
10 - Spring,
11 - Ear finger,
12 - Spring lining,
14 - Connecting bracket.
3. If necessary, replace the spring clamps.

a) Drill out the rivet and remove it.
b) Install a new rivet into the spring hole, then rivet the rivet.
4. Install the center bolt.
a) Align the holes in the sheets and secure the spring in a vice.
b) Install and tighten the center bolt.
- Tightening torque - 49 Nm
5. Using a hammer, bend the spring clamp.
Installing the spring
1. Install the spring.
a) Install bushings at both ends of the spring.
b) Install the spring in place and insert the eye pin.
c) Install and tighten the bolt.
- Tightening torque - 11 Nm
d) Screw on the eye pin nut without tightening it.
d) Install the connecting bracket and screw on the nuts without tightening them.
2. Install stepladders.
a) Install the buffer on the spring.
b) Install step ladders on the buffer.
c) Tighten the U-bolt mounting nuts.
- Tightening torque - 123 Nm
Note: Tighten the U-bolts so that the bolt protrusion behind the nut is equal.
3. Remove the jack stands and rock the car to stabilize the suspension.
4. Tighten the eye pin and connecting bracket nuts.
- Tightening torque - 91 Nm
