A) Remove the inner race from the bearing.
b) Using the special tool and a press, install the new bearing into the steering knuckle.
V) Install the bearing inner race.
2. Using a mandrel and a hammer, install a new oil seal.
Apply grease to the lip of the seal.
3. Install the splash guard and tighten the three bolts.
- Tightening torque - 9 Nm
4. Using the special tool and a press, install the hub.
5. Using the special tool, install a new circlip.
6. Using a drift and a hammer, install a new oil seal as shown.
7. Install the lower ball joint.
A) Install the lower ball joint and tighten the nut.
Attention: before installation, clean the conical part of the ball joint pin and the hole in the steering knuckle from traces of grease and other contaminants.
- Tightening torque - 105 Nm
b) Install a new pin.
Note: when installing the cotter pin, it is possible to turn the nut by an angle of not more than 60°.
8. Using the special tool and a hammer, install a new boot.
Note: When installing, align the speed sensor holes (ABS) in the anther and in the steering knuckle.
(For models without ABS)
Install a new boot as shown in the figure.
