A) Connect the lower suspension arm to the ball joint.
Note: be careful not to damage the hub seal, dust boot and speed sensor rotor (ABS).
b) Install the hub onto the drive shaft.
V) Connect the steering knuckle to the suspension strut and temporarily install two bolts.
Note: Coat bolts and nut threads with engine oil.
2. Connect the tie rod end to the steering knuckle arm and tighten the nut.
- Tightening torque - 50 Nm
Note: when installing the cotter pin, it is possible to turn the nut by an angle of not more than 60°.
3. Tighten the two nuts and bolt securing the lower suspension arm to the ball joint.
- Tightening torque - 130 Nm
4. Install the brake disc, aligning the marks made during removal,
5. Install the brake caliper and tighten the two bolts.
- Tightening torque - 96 Nm
6. Tighten bolts of fastening of a rotary fist to a rack.
- Tightening torque - 240 Nm
7. Tighten locknut, install locknut cap and new cotter pin.
- Tightening torque - 220 Nm
8. Install the brake hose.
- Tightening torque - 19 Nm
9. Install the speed sensor (ABS). Tighten the sensor mounting bolts and sensor wires.
Tightening torque for fastening bolts:
- wires - 5 Nm
- sensor - 8 Nm
10. Install the front wheel and lower the vehicle.
- Tightening torque - 105 Nm
11. Check up corners of installation of forward wheels.
