a) Connect the lower suspension arm to the ball joint.
Note: Be careful not to damage the hub oil seal, dust cover and rotor of the speed sensor (ABS).
b) Install the hub onto the drive shaft.
c) Connect the steering knuckle to the suspension strut and temporarily install two bolts.
Note: Apply engine oil to bolts and nut threads.
2. Connect the tie rod end to the steering knuckle arm and tighten the nut.
- Tightening torque - 50 Nm
Note: when installing the cotter pin, the nut can be turned at an angle of no more than 60°.
3. Tighten the two nuts and the bolt securing the lower control arm to the ball joint.
- Tightening torque - 130 Nm
4. Install the brake disc by aligning the marks made during removal,
5. Install the brake caliper and tighten the two bolts.
- Tightening torque - 96 Nm
6. Tighten the bolts securing the steering knuckle to the strut.
- Tightening torque - 240 Nm
7. Tighten the lock nut, install the lock nut cap and new cotter pin.
- Tightening torque - 220 Nm
8. Install the brake hose.
- Tightening torque - 19 Nm
9. Install the speed sensor (ABS). Tighten the sensor mounting bolts and sensor wires.
Tightening torque of mounting bolts:
- wires - 5 Nm
- sensor - 8 Nm

10. Install the front wheel and lower the vehicle.
- Tightening torque - 105 Nm
11. Check the front wheel alignment angles.
