Note:
- The check should be carried out at normal operating temperature of the working fluid (70-80°C).
- Carry out three checks and then determine the average first gear engagement delay time.
- There must be a time interval of at least one minute between checks.
1. Measuring the transfer time.
A) Apply the parking brake.
b) Start the engine at idle.
V) Move selector out of position "N" into position "D" and measure the time until you feel a push into gear.
- Delay time - no more than 1 second
G) Move selector out of position "N" into position "R" and measure the time until you feel a push into gear.
- Delay time - no more than 1 second
2. Analysis of the test results.
A) If the switching time "N->D" more than required:
- too low pressure in the main line;
- forward clutch wear.
b) If the switching time "N->R" more than required:
- too low pressure in the main line;
- wear of the reverse clutch;
- wear of the brake of the first gear and reverse gear.
Plugs for checking the pressures of the respective elements.
1 - first gear and reverse gear brake (AT 2),
2 - reverse clutch (NW),
3 - direct clutch (C1),
4 - second gear brake (IN 1) (in third gear),
5 - valve - throttle,
6 - forward clutch (C2),
7 - second gear brake (IN 1) (in second gear),
8 - speed regulator.
