Removing the brake hoses of the front wheels
Disconnect the brake hose from the caliper.
Remove the hose clamp at the suspension strut with pliers.
Disconnect the brake hose.
Plug the pipeline leading to the brake master cylinder with a plug or suck the brake fluid out of the expansion tank with a siphon.
Installation
Install only hoses approved by the factory.
Connect the new hose to the pipeline. Twist the union connection with a force of 15 Nm. With the same force, screw all other pipeline connections.
Install the new hose so that it is not twisted when the wheels are straight.
Fix the hose with a clip on the suspension strut holder.
Attach the brake hose with two new gaskets to the caliper with a force of 30 Nm. In this case, the pin on the tip of the hose should enter the hole on the caliper.
The hose is installed on an unloaded wheel (the car is raised). After connecting the hose, turn the wheel to check that the hose is not chafed.
Caution: Avoid getting oil or gasoline on the hose. Do not coat the hose with paint or anti-corrosion compound.
Bleed the brake hydraulic system.
Take the car off the lift.
