- Tightening torque - 9 Nm
2. Install the oil separator and oil receiver.
3. Install the oil pan.
a) Remove the old sealant from the surfaces of the oil pan and block joint, being careful not to damage the surfaces of the oil pan and cylinder block, clean the contact surfaces with solvent.
Note: Do not use solvent that may damage painted surfaces.
b) Apply fresh sealant to the surface of the pan as shown in the figure.

Notes:
- - The hole in the tube should provide a diameter of 3-5 mm for the squeezed out sealant.
- - The parts must be connected within 5 minutes after applying the sealant, otherwise the sealant must be removed and a fresh one applied.
- - After applying the sealant, the tube nozzle should be removed and cleaned of any traces of sealant, and the tube should be tightly closed.
c) Tighten the 2 nuts and 17 mounting bolts.
- Tightening torque - 6 Nm
4. (4WD models) Install the left stiffener.
- Tightening torque - 38 Nm
5. (2WD models) Install the stiffener by tightening the 6 bolts in the order shown.
Tightening torque:
- bolt M8 - 21 Nm
- bolt M10 - 44 Nm
6. (2WD models) Install the manifold stand.
- Tightening torque - 44 Nm
7. (2WD models) Install the center beam.
8. Install the oil dipstick.
9. Install the crankshaft timing pulley.
10. Install the intermediate pulley.
11. Install the timing belt.
12. Fill the system with oil.
13. Start the engine and check for oil leaks.
14. Check the oil level.
