The key must be in the "ACC" or "ON" position.
To set the clock, press the "H" button.
To set the minutes, press the "M" button.
If you need to quickly adjust to a whole hour, press the ":00" button. For example, if the button is pressed at a time between 1:01 and 1:29, the time will change to 1:00. If the time is between 1:30 and 1:59, it will change to 2:00.
