To protect against bright light, rotate the sun visor.
To block out bright light from the front, turn the sun visor down, remove it from the hook and turn it to the side (position 2).
If bright light is coming from behind you, extend the plate at the end of the sun visor (in position 3).
Caution: Do not extend the plate at the end of the sun visor when the visor is in position 1. It may cover the anti-glare interior rearview mirror and obstruct rear vision.
