Connect the positive terminal of the battery to terminal "2" and the negative terminal to terminal "1", make sure that the lock latch has moved to the "LOCK" position. Change the polarity of the connector terminals and make sure that the lock latch has moved to the "UNLOCK" position.

If the operation of the electric drive does not correspond to the description, replace the lock assembly.
Standard check
Check for signal continuity between the connector terminals and the driver's side door lock switch in the positions shown in the table.
If the conductivity does not match the data in the table, replace the lock assembly.
