Checking the interior rearview mirror [Toyota Camry XV30]

Connect the positive battery terminal to terminal "1" and the negative battery terminal to terminal "2".

Cover with black tape (see fig. 7.78) interior rearview mirror light sensor.

Shine a light on the mirror and check if the mirror darkens.

If dimming does not occur, replace the interior mirror.
