Attention! The front seats should not be too close to the steering wheel or to the front panel.
Adjust the position of your seat as shown in the illustration. At the same time, pay attention to the correctness of the basic adjustments of the driver's and front passenger's seats.
Proper seat installation is essential for:
- quick and confident access to the controls;
- not tense and not tiring body position;
- maximize the effectiveness of seat belts and airbags.
Driver's seat
We recommend installing the driver's seat as follows:
- adjust the position of the seat in the longitudinal plane so that the pedals can be fully squeezed out with legs slightly bent at the knees;
- adjust the position of the seat back so that the back rests completely against your back and you can reach the top of the steering wheel with your arms slightly bent at the elbows.
Front passenger seat
We recommend installing the front passenger seat as follows:
- seat back in a position close to vertical;
- feet are comfortably on the floor;
- while the seat is moved as far back as possible.
Fore and aft seat adjustment
To adjust the seat in the longitudinal direction, pull the handle up and move the seat. Then release the handle and move the seat a little more until the latch is activated.
Lumbar support adjustment
By moving the handle, the center of the seatback becomes more or less arched. In this way, you should find the most favorable position for the support of the spinal column, which allows you to avoid fatigue during long trips.
Seat back angle adjustment
Lean back and turn the handwheel.
Seat cushion height adjustment
Turn the appropriate knob to adjust the height of the center and front of the front seat cushion.
