Removal
1. Remove the door trim. Disconnect the electrical connectors inside the door and remove them from the door so that they do not interfere with the door removal.
2. Support the door with stands or jacks, placing a clean rag between them and the door.
3. Unscrew the door opening limiter mounting bolt.
4. Using a marker, mark the position of the door hinge mounting bolts.
5. Unscrew the door hinge mounting bolts and remove the door.
Installation
1. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.

2. After installing the door, check that the gap around the perimeter of the door is the same everywhere, and that the outer surface of the door is flush with the rest of the body elements. To adjust the gap around the perimeter of the door, loosen the door hinge mounting bolts and, moving the door, adjust its position, then tighten the mounting bolts.
3. To install the door flush with the rest of the body, loosen the bolts securing the door hinge to the door and adjust the position of the door, then tighten the bolts.
4. Check that the door lock fits neatly onto the strike plate located on the pillar. If adjustment is necessary, loosen the screws securing the strike plate, move the strike plate and tighten the mounting screws.
