Details of the control valve of the induction air supply system
1. Remove the ground cable from the battery.
2. On the 3VZ-FE engine, disconnect the electrical connector from the cold start fuel injector and the fuel supply hose.
3. Disconnect the vacuum hoses from the brake booster, A/C idle control valve and regulating valve.

4. Remove the bolts and remove the control valve assembly from the air intake chamber.
5. Clean the mating surfaces of the air intake chamber and the control valve body.
6. Installation is performed in the reverse order of removal. In this case, it is necessary to use new gaskets.
